Self-esteem is key to lifelong success and achievement. Studies show that during the teen years, self-esteem rapidly decreases. When teens feel bad about themselves they are more likely to engage in high-risk behaviors and make choices that are self-sabotaging and counterproductive. Add to that, the task of adolescent social development and many teens have a tough time feeling good about themselves. In this workshop adapted from the book, "Young, Gifted and Doing It: 52 Power Moves for Teens," by Cassandra Mack, participants will learn strategies and exercises to help teens build healthy self-esteem, increase their level of confidence and uncover their resiliency. If you work with teenagers, then this workshop is a must for you.

Please Note: Cassandra Mack's book, "Young, Gifted and Doing It: 52 Power Moves for Teens," will be available for purchase at the discounted price of $10.00 on the day of the seminar directly from the facilitato
